Chianti Classico DOCG
This Chianti Classico is the soul of Meleto as the Sangiovese grape expresses itself purely and is a true embodiment of the territory from which it comes. It is a traditional Chianti Classico, where the use of only large wood barrels in ageing allows the varietal to express itself at its best.

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG
The Castello di Meleto Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is the greatest expression of our single-varietal Sangiovese. This is a limited production wine coming from individual parcels located within the Casi and San Piero vineyards. The constant minerality present in our wines is matched here by a gentle power, extraordinary both on the nose and palate. This wine has a great capacity for ageing; only time will reveal its unique characteristics.

Spumante Brut Rosè Metodo Classico
Our classic method sparkling wine, made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, is a different interpretation of this variety that is normally appreciated as the primary base for important red wines. It is a surprising sparkling wine that combines the notes of peach and bread crust, typical of the best classic methods, with an elegant perlage that is the result of at least three years' contact with the yeasts and a pleasant acidity typical of Sangiovese.

del Chianti Classico DOC
The Chianti tradition of our Vinsanto begins with a special method of harvesting the grapes. This technique allows us to hang the bunches vertically within our stunning vinsantaia, thus beginning the natural drying process. Trebbiano is used in addition to a small selection of Sangiovese and Malvasia. After the drying, vinification takes place in partially filled caratelli and is followed by a very long aging period before the golden nectar is ready to be tasted.
