This experience is designed to let you savor the beauty of the Tuscan countryside during the most magical hour of the day: sunset. In the gentle shadow of the Castle, you can settle into the grass and enjoy a selection of authentic, local flavors.

• The Basket: A journey through local tastes featuring fragrant focaccia filled with regional cold cuts and cheeses, a refreshing summer farro salad, artisanal hummus, and a seasonal dessert or fruit salad.

• The Wine: One chilled bottle, with a choice between our estate Vermentino or Rosé—perfect for a sunset toast.

• When: Available on Thursdays, from July to October, starting at 5:30 PM.
