Parabuio Toscana Rosso IGT is a 100% Merlot wine made from grapes from a vineyard that bears an evocative name, to recall its magical location, hidden from the sight of man, in a penumbra where nature is the master. A vineyard discovered as a precious gift in the middle of dense woods, Parabuio soon became the diamond of Castello di Meleto.

Live a unique experience exploring with our jeep, in the company of our Winemaker, the Parabuio Vineyard. 

Followed by tasting of the 4 most prestigious wines in the exclusive Parabuio Room, inside the Castello di Meleto

The private tour will end with a visit to the noble rooms, the 18th century theatre, the historic cellars and the Vinsantaia, to fully enjoy the VIP experience at Castello di Meleto.
